Californian white sage, Cambria, California
We spent most of September exploring the mountains and valleys of Oregon and California. It was a delight to discover new herbs such as white sage, butterfly weed, blue elderberries and wild carrot in their native habitats as well as old favourites such as yarrow, heartsease and mullein.
